"Angel and Bobbie who are in Amanda’s office are so professional and helpful! We needed homeowners insurance for a house we are buying and Angel was there to help. At the same time, we needed to switch our auto policy over to this state after moving back from another state. We had a not-so-great experience with the agent in the other state when the state asked us to verify our coverage when my husband got a speeding ticket. That put us in a real bind and we were stuck! Bobbie was instrumental in advocating and going above and beyond to make sure this got done for us so that we could take care of business on our end! We COULD NOT HAVE done it without her! We are SO GRATEFUL for her willingness to persistently pursue what we needed until it was done! Amazing service! Amazing empathy, too! She really understood what we were going through and was so dedicated to helping! They have earned our loyalty!"
